BHELPURI: A delightful starter guaranteed to tingle your taste buds comprised of puffed rice tossed with chickpeas, tomatoes, onions and cilantro stirred with the tangy mint and tamarind sauce.
SAMOSA: Triangular shaped pastry made with white flour, stuffed with spices, potatoes, and green peas, deep fried in vegetable oil. Two per order.
BOTI KABOB: Boneless pieces of fresh tender lamb marinated in herbs and spices barbecued over flaming charcoal.
Biryani: A fragrant rice dish layered with marinated meat or vegetables, cooked to perfection and served with raita.
